Paid for Core. Can't do dedicated deploy

I upgraded to paid Core plan on Friday but still says I can’t do dedicated deploys. When I try, I get this message. Can I get some help with this please? Have been trying to get in touch with Roboflow team since Friday. It’s a blocking issue for our team.
