Paid Core/Basic cancellation met by “Public Data” checkbox

Hello,

I have a paid Core/Basic workspace, and I am trying to cancel my plan.

The cancellation flow appears to require accepting a “Public Data” checkbox before I can proceed. I do not consent to any Public Plan migration or public exposure of deleted or private data.

My data was already deleted before attempting to cancel. I need help from a Roboflow team member to confirm that no deleted data will ever be made public after my cancellation of the Basic/Core plan.

I have also contacted accounts.receivable@roboflow.com and legal@roboflow.com, but got no reply.

Hi Nikita, I can confirm that no deleted data will ever be made public after plan cancellation!

Additionally, after your plan ends, there will be additional steps where you explicitly confirm the action of making any non-deleted datasets public. We never make your data public without your explicit opt-in!
