Hi,
I’m currently on the Basic plan, and I’d like to temporarily cancel it for one month and downgrade to the Sandbox plan. My goal is to pause paid usage this month but ensure that my data stays private and is not deleted.
However, when I click “Cancel Plan,” I’m prompted with the following checkboxes to continue:

Fewer Credits: I understand that I will only have access to 30 credits/mo.

Public Data: I understand that all data and models must be made public to continue using the platform.

No Commercial Deployment License: I understand that I will no longer have a commercial license to use downloaded models and weights.
I want to confirm that if I proceed with the cancellation and check all these options, my data and models will remain private and simply move to the Sandbox plan, they will not become public or deleted.
It seems a bit confusing (and possibly misleading) to require me to check a box saying I understand that my data will become public, even though it actually stays private under the Sandbox plan. Could you please clarify this behavior?
