Need Clarity over Cancelling my subscription so that it doesnot auto renews

Hi Roboflow Team,

I’ve been using the Roboflow Growth Plan since September 5th, and the current billing cycle is set to end on October 5th. I’d like to confirm whether the subscription will auto-renew using my credit card or if it will require OTP authentication to process the payment.

We are on track to complete our project before October 5th and may not require the subscription beyond that. Could you please guide us on how to prevent the plan from auto-renewing?

Also, could you let me know where I can find the option to disable auto-renewal in my account settings or billing dashboard?

Great question! To prevent your plan from renewing, you will want to downgrade your plan before the end of your current billing cycle. You will be able to use the full functionality of your workspace’s plan until the end of billing cycle, at which point your workspace will be downgraded.
