My account has only 3 credits for training?

I would like to know how to proceed with more training since my account has only 3 credits for training?

The 3 credits are the standard for free tier accounts. If your are working on a project for a company, please reach out to sales@roboflow.com so they may help you choose the right plan for your use case.

If you are attempting to train several models for a school project, feel free to dm me and i can provide a link to my Calendly so we can speak about how we can sponsor you and your project.

Have you any idea how long sales@roboflow.com will respond for incoming requests? I have tried to reach them by contact form and email so far I have no response from them.

Hi, our sales team will be responding to all sales inquiries. The team was away at a company onsite last week, so apologies if your form was missed. Just for clarity, was this a form for a business inquiry? Or for a student or research project? The sales forms will be answered by the sales team for business-related projects.

Hi @Francisco_Mateus_Ferreira_Feli - your request for 200 training credits was not approved because it is far beyond the number of credits we can approve for free.
