*I was buying a core plan subscription for a project of mine, but my payment supposedly “failed” 4 times according to Roboflow. I ended up having a friend of mine buy the subscription, but then I saw my card was charged for $400 (I used the monthly plan). I did not use this subscription at all once I was done with it. When I tried to cancel any further recurring payments, it did not allow me to; stating that I have “outstanding invoices.”

So, when I looked at it, the website said all my invoices are paid. Yet, it won’t allow me in to cancel my plan. You can also see that one thing was paid for 5 times on the same day; however, on the invoice, it states that the 4 times I paid were paid for 4 days after the real date I attempted to buy it.
I have no intention of keeping this subscription and am trying to receive a full refund for this.
