Hello Roboflow Team and Community,
I’m writing to request urgent assistance as our project workflow has completely stalled due to a persistent issue.
After I moved a batch of images from the Annotate tab to Unassigned for cleanup, the Dataset tab has been stuck loading for over an hour now. It keeps showing the message: “Your images are being added to the dataset. Please check back in a few minutes.”
Refreshing the page, even using incognito mode, doesn’t resolve it. The images simply won’t load.
This is an Object Detection project named test_ict. The total image count in the sidebar still shows 1,798 images, but the main Dataset view shows 0 images selected. Since the total count is correct, but the images aren’t loading, I suspect the server-side job queue is frozen or hung up on processing the move operation.
Please investigate the server logs for this specific project URL and help us by forcing a restart of the stalled background task. Our project timeline is dependent on resolving this quickly.
