I cannot create a new batch of images for labeling

I have successfully uploaded a batch of images for classification. However, when I try and add a second batch, I can upload the images but then the batch looks empty.

I am evaluating Roboflow for a potential AI project, but if the first thing I try doesn’t work and I can’t get any support, then I’m gonna use another platform.

Not sure how this platform can be a success.

We have direct support for our paid plans. For our free plans, we monitor this forum so that our support can help others having the same issues.

Looks like you might’ve encountered a bug. Would you be okay with us accessing your workspace to reproduce, and therefore identify and fix, the issue?

To help us narrow down the issue, would you mind confirming how you uploaded the images? (Through the website, API, etc)
