How to convert COCO-segmentation to TFrecord use for TF segment model

You can create a new project and upload your annotated COCO data into your project. Once you have your data, you should create a version of your dataset and apply whatever preprocessing or augmentation steps you’d like.
Then, export as a TFRecord:
