In the field Workspace Members when I try to add another labeler I receive the error message “Over collaborator limit. You are at your limit for collaborators. To add more collaborators, upgrade to a higher plan.” but I’m not adding an admin user.
Based on the information provided in the extracts, it seems like you’re encountering an issue related to the number of collaborators allowed in your current Roboflow plan. Even though you’re trying to add a labeler and not an admin, there might still be a limit on the total number of collaborators (including both admins and labelers) that you can add to your workspace.
To resolve this issue, you might need to upgrade to a higher plan that allows more collaborators. If you believe this is an error or need further assistance, you can contact the Roboflow team at help@roboflow.com for Community/Public accounts or cs@roboflow.com for Growth/Enterprise accounts and Proof of Concepts for Business source.
If you need to share your workspace with the Roboflow support team for debugging or issue resolution, you can invite the help@roboflow.com account to your workspace. This can be done by going to your Workspace Settings, then on the “Members” tab, toggle the “Grant Access” switch source.
