Hi Roboflow Team,
I am facing an issue exporting my fully annotated dataset from the Roboflow App.
I have manually annotated a total of 2024 images for an academic attendance system project (person + face detection). Unfortunately, I ran out of credits before creating a final dataset version that includes all annotated images.
Currently, my existing dataset versions only include partial subsets of the data (e.g., 1047 images). Since Roboflow only allows downloading annotations via dataset versions, I am unable to export the complete labeled dataset.
I am not requesting ongoing support, new features, or premium tooling—only a one-time export of my already annotated dataset for academic use. Re-annotating the entire dataset on another platform would be extremely time-consuming and difficult.
I would really appreciate any help, guidance, or a one-time exception that would allow me to download all labeled images.
