Hey Chris - thanks for flagging. The feature itself is quite unstable, we will evaluate more robust solutions to the matter. In the mean time, I recommend using the other data upload flows to your projects, like CLI or API.

I solved my problem using yt-dlp to download the videos and uploaded the .mp4 to Roboflow. It was the only way for me
