What exactly is meant by % brightness in the augmentation?

A couple questions regarding the meaning of X% of brightness/saturation/exposure for data augmentatio in roboflow.

  1. When you select +/- X% of brightness/saturation, what exactly is this a percentage of? The maximum possible brightness/saturation value, i.e., the maximuim possible V or S in HSV?
  2. Is a single % adjustment applied to all pixels in the image? Or is a different adjustment value computed for each pixel?
