Unexpected Flex Credit Usage

New user, learning how to do tag and train models. I signed up yesterday for a 14 day trial under a core plan. I uploaded a bunch of photos, tagged about 60 and thought I’d do a training run a try. The estimate for the training run was 5 credits. I get 15 credits with my account, so, thought I’d be ok. Model took about 2 hours to run and was done last night. Today I logged in and see that the model burned 68.4 credits 53.38 of them were flex credits, even though I have flex credits disabled. 1. Why did the model burn so much more than estimated? 2. Why did it burn flex credits that I don’t have? I want to keep using the platform, but I’m concerned I’m going to get charged for the extra credits if my account remains open. Please advise how to proceed and if I did something inadvertently that triggered this runway situation.

After reviewing the logs we noticed an issue with training job which burned additional 60 credits. We have since disabled the feature (so it won’t happen again) and have added 60 additional credits to your workspace.
