Unable to use label assist

I’m trying to use my model to help annotate new images but when I select the project/ model it keeps loading forever (Loading model… this may take a few moments.) Sometimes the model is loaded but it doesn’t annotate anything. I always use this feature with no problems, but today is not working.

  • Operating System & Browser: W10 Chrome
  • Project Universe Link or Workspace/Project ID:
  • Do you grant Roboflow Support permission to access your Workspace for troubleshooting? (Yes/No): Yes

Could you let us know your workspace/projectId, so we can take a look? You can just copy the project URL, which should be something along the lines of https://app.roboflow.com/my-workspace/my-project-id

I tested with Opera and it worked just fine. This behaviour is happening with Chrome.

Hi @Guilherme_Augusto , looks like your workspace ran out of credits for this month. Auto Label is part of the AI labeling toolset, which consumes credits to work, so I assume that’s why it doesn’t work.

To be sure, could you do a screenrecording of the issue? I retried it on your workspace but it seems to work from the limited testing i’ve done.
