Unable to train new models since prepaid credits are not being recognized

Hello,

I’m currently on the Basic Plan and have nearly used up my monthly credits (2.3 left). In my workspace, I also have 24 prepaid credits available.

The issue: whenever I try to train a model that requires more than the 2.3 credits remaining in my plan, the training is automatically canceled instead of drawing from my 24 prepaid credits.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Shouldn’t the system combine plan credits with prepaid ones, or automatically switch to the prepaid credits once plan credits are exhausted?

Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
