The Starter Plan Features for training the 'Accurate' model or YOLO-NAS medium are locked out

I have the Starter Plan. When I try to train the “Accurate” Roboflow model or the YOLO-NAS Medium model, they are locked as saying they are “Starter Plan Features”. If I click on them it takes me to the page to buy the starter plan AGAIN. It says it is my current plan. I have paid for it. What do I have to do to access these features?
