Stuck on login page while working on project

I can’t log into my account anymore because my computer unexpectedly turned off while I was annotating some images. This is the error I get from devtools:

Unsafe attempt to load URL Sign in to Roboflow from frame with URL chrome-error://chromewebdata/. Domains, protocols and ports must match.
