I am an undergraduate student from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and I wanted to apply for student credits for research and education option. I am unable to find the research plan under “settings” even though I am using my academic email. Does anybody could let me know how to apply or make my email detectable by the system? Is there any specific requirements?

I just went ahead and expanded our list of supported email to include the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, you should be able to apply for research credits now.
