My workspace is on the legacy Public plan. Training finished successfully, but Download Weights asks me to upgrade or use hosted inference.
Using Roboflow Python SDK 1.7.1, the selected model’s .download(format="pt") returns:
HTTP 403: Not authorized to download this model in pt format.
Current documentation says the free tier supports weight downloads. Could legacy plan entitlements cause this? Can my workspace migrate to the current free tier while preserving its dataset and trained model? I need .pt or ONNX for local FRC scouting.
