I am getting submit for review locked option instead of adding images directly to dataset

I’m facing an issue while trying to add images directly to my dataset. Instead of seeing the usual “Add Images” option, I’m getting a “Submit for Review (Locked)” message. This is blocking me from updating my dataset as needed.

Hi! We had a bug on Friday hiding the button to add images to dataset.

It was fixed on Saturday, can you refresh and retry?
