Unable to add Images from my Jobs section to my dataset

My ukraine images dataset has 0 unannotated images yet I still can’t add it to my dataset. How am I supposed to do this? Why do my images not show up when I press “new version.” I don’t even have the ability to download these labeled images. What am I supposed to do here?

All I want is to download the Job at this point.
For more context dataset tab (on the left) says I only have 56 images. #2 + #3. job #1 is the one being ignored.

Hi @SgainsO!
Again, I am very sorry that you are running into this issue, let’s get it resolved.

To get started, could you please provide Roboflow Support access to that workspace?

You can add Roboflow Support to a workspace by going into the Members tab of your workplace settings and enabling the option to add help@roboflow.com to the workspace.

Also, do you mind recreating the issue, and providing screenshots with your Dev console displayed, any DevTools error messages, etc. to help us further troubleshoot?

Here is a guide on how to open your dev tools: Finding your browser’s developer console

Ford

Hi, I don’t have a Roboflow support option, I have tried to invite you but it just infinitely loads. Can I DM you a link instead?

Nothing is logged on the console when “new dataset version” is pressed

Hi @SgainsO!
Apologies for that, feel free to DM a link.

I am also working to duplicate this issue on my end in the meantime. We will get this fixed for you, thanks again for your patience and understanding.

Best,
Ford

Hi @SgainsO!
Perfect! I am investigating now. Will keep you updated.

–Any update on what the error could be?–
I see that you fixed it, was it an internal error or was it me not using the application properly?

Hi @SgainsO!
It was on our end, and we will relay the issue to the appropriate team.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
