Is there any live chat or customer support feature on roboflow?
I upgraded my plan as core plan ($79/month Annual plan), which is able to get support from roboflow team, but whenever I try to connect with support@roboflow.com I get the reply below.
One thing to double-check is whether the email you used to contact support is the same email associated with your Roboflow workspace. Maybe this could be an issue?
From my knowledge, I believe that the Core Plan does not include email support, I believe that is the Enterprise Plan. Core users can still get help from the community, what is the issue you are facing?
Yes, it’s same email address.
We are a company, and project owner is our company CEO, and I am a team member(admin) of the project. So you mean I can’t contact to support team with my email address?
I’m no expert on the platform but I would assume that if the Core Plan was purchased underneath your CEO’s email, only that email would be reconigzed. I also believe that you need the Enterprise plan to get direct support from support@roboflow
