Uploaded images and annotation file with CLI, but not generating dataset

I’ve uploaded 200+ images and annotation files using the CLI. When I check the “Annotate” window I can see all of my images but the section marked “Annotating” shows I have 215 images not annotated. However when I click on the “Dataset” all of the images are shown with bounding boxes. The “Dataset” has the number 0 next to it.

If I click on the “Generate” I’m given the message that there is no data set.

Can someone tell me what I have wrong.
