The full dataset cannot be downloaded

When I download the new version of my dataset it is only downloading a fraction of it. If there are 1000 images it is only downloading 100 images. And they are all .png and there is no problem for formatting. It is also happening when I tried to download datasets I was using before without any problem, it also downloaded only a fraction of it.

Same here, all images on .jpg on key point labeling, only downloading around 50% of the dataset

Posting here as I am having the same issue. I have a dataset where there was 5608 images and it downloaded the entire dataset with no issues. This version was from 1/24. I added about 400 more images and the version is from 1/25. The download of the dataset is missing a significant amount of images.

Same here. I did not add any new images, but only changed labels. Only half of my dataset is being downloaded.

Same here, I re-balanced my dataset and deleted a segmentation label type, created a new dataset version and some of my images are not being downloaded. Old versions created before this incident download just fine.

Same issue on my workspace, tried to duplicate project, rebalancing splits etc. This is so frustrating and credits consuming.

Also happening to me

Good evening,

My name is Ford and I’m a Support Engineer at Roboflow. Thank you for flagging this issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

We identified an issue causing only a fraction of images to download when exporting dataset versions. We have deployed a fix for this issue. To apply the fix, please generate a new dataset version.

Please let us know in this thread if you’re still experiencing incomplete downloads after generating a new dataset version, and we are happy to help further.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding!
