Roboflow Forum Login and Support Options

I was unable to login to this forum using my Roboflow app account login information. This created confusion for me when I was trying to login to the forum, and the forgot password and email login features weren’t working. Then, when I hit a wall because I was unable to contact support in any way without having a paid account. I am on a research plan.

I have two feature suggestions…

  1. Have some sort of indication that the forum account and app.roboflow accounts are different. They are both referred to in the interface as your “Roboflow” account with no distinction.

  2. Have some sort of support contact for if you are locked out of your account. If someone is having login issue, it is very frustrating because there is almost no way to get in contact with support.
