I am getting this error again and again even though the model was working perfectly fine earlier.
The error is Oops something went wrong. There might be issues with this model. I have attached the video showing the errors that I am getting when I doing inference directly from the model and also while I am testing my workflow with this model.

I’m sorry you ran into this issue! The Serverless v2 API had some temporary issues that have been resolved now. Could you please try again and let me know if it’s working for you now?

I’m experiencing the exact same issue! My model was working perfectly fine on Friday, but since Monday I’m getting consistent 500 Internal Server Error responses from the Roboflow API.

My error details:

  • Error: HTTPCallErrorError(description='500, message='Internal Server Error', url='https://serverless.roboflow.com/[model-name]?api_key=...', api_message='Internal Server Error',status_code=500)
  • Image size: ~1.8MB (tried with smaller images too)
  • The same error occurs both via API calls and through the web interface

What I’ve tried:

  • Different image sizes and formats
  • Testing with previously working images

The error is consistent across all attempts. Since you mentioned this started recently and I’m seeing the same timeline (worked Friday, broken Monday), this seems like a broader Roboflow infrastructure issue rather than model-specific problems.

Has anyone found a workaround or gotten a response from Roboflow support about this? It’s affecting production systems that were running smoothly just a few days ago.

@roboflow team - is there a known issue with the serverless inference endpoints?

I’m sorry you ran into this issue! This was related to a temporary lapse in the Serverless V2 API that has since been resolved.
