I can't download my dataset

  • Operating System & Browser: chrome
  • Project Universe Link or Workspace/Project ID: Sign in to Roboflow
  • Do you grant Roboflow Support permission to access your Workspace for troubleshooting? (Yes/No): Yes

I want to create a key point detection project, label it, and get a database, but it won’t download. In version, press download database, and no matter what you press Download zip to computer or Show download code, only ‘zipping files…’ will pop up and proceed. What should I do?

There was an issue with the pub/sub mechanism whereby additional resource was not automatically being made available. This has been rectified and the backlog of requests is being processed.
