How to redeem Google for Startups benefits code

I am trying to reach support through any channel possible. Our company is a member of Google For Startups Scale tier. We are trying to redeem the coupon code for Roboflow, but it is not working on the Core plan upgrade. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It says that the code is valid, but not applicable to that plan.
