Help with Roboflow annotation editor and brush tool tray

Hi there,

I’m currently using roboflow to annotate my dataset. I used SAM3 to draw masks and label the objects for me to later review.

My issue is, when I click on the object to change the class, the tool brush tool tray opens and covers part of the annotation editor.

Is there a way for me to move the tool brush tray or alternatively the annotation editor so they aren’t covering each other?

Hi Daniel!

Could you please reshare the image? I see it somehow got broken.

Thank you,

Bar Shimshon

I’ve just included a cropped image of the brush tool tray overlapping the annotation editor. These overlays aren’t movable as far as I can tell.

Thanks

Thank you Daniel!

You should be able to zoom in an out on an image to make room for annotations there.

Could you try this?

Hi Bar,

Zooming in and out of the image did not change the size of the tool trays but zooming in and out of the browser does seem to work, however this also makes the text really small and zooms everything else out as well. This fix is fine for now but it would be great if Roboflow could add an option to move/hide the trays.

Thanks,
Daniel

I like the feature request about being able to move the tool trays around! In the meantime, besides zooming the browser, did you notice that partially hidden behind your tool tray (but appearing to still be accessible) are image zoom buttons? I use those and then pan the image and am able to be more precise with my annotations that way - and get them out from behind the tray.
