Deploy page and inference works only with static images

Please share the following so we may better assist you:

  1. Project type (Object detection, Classification, Polygon, etc.)
    object detection
  2. The operating system & browser you are using and their versions
    chrome adblock enabled

Hello, i wanted to try roboflow to see if it could accelerate my work pipeline.
I’ve cloned a public dataset and trained on my own, the inference work well locally, when i deploy on roboflow only static images work. Youtube videos throw the error “oops something went wrong, there might be an issue with this model” and uploaded videos don’t detect anything even lowering confidence level (they work locally)

What’s wrong ? And how can i fix it?

I’ll be asking for:

  1. The link to your project
  2. Your Roboflow account email
  3. The link to the YouTube video you tried
  4. The model version number you tried for YouTube video inference in the Deploy Tab when experiencing the failure/issue
