We are using the Basic Plan so we can have private datasets of 10000+ images. But if i try to go beyond the 10000th image in any of the datasets that we have, we got an error: “There’s an error in the query. Please change the query and try again.”. Any solutions?

I have not received an update about this problem.
I have not been able to access in any way beyond the 10000th image. I couldn’t do it in the Dataset page, and neither in the Annotate page. You can’t offer an unlimited dataset limit behind a paywall and then don’t let us access to it. Surely there are workarounds but I expected more after paying 500$.
Since this is the only way to contact unless I pay 500% more, I have to continue asking in this forum.
