As the picture indicates, I have 0 projects in the workspace, but it is preventing me from creating new projects stating I have 0 out of 20 projects created. To troubleshoot, I tried to apply for research plan and it goes through well, but 0 out of 20 problem on project still persists. Also tried to clear all cookies related to roboflow and the issue is still there.
