Annotations are changing from page to page

I am using label assist to run my custom model it is coming correctly once, but the problem is once I move to the new image the annotations are being changed, and getting out of bounds here is an example

after changing from one image and going back image

facing same issue mate,i have used polygon to annotate. but now after entering the annotated data, shapes has been changed to box

any clue on what to do , its messing up with my data annotation process right now trying to use a local annotation tools like label studio to continue this
