Hi Roboflow team and community,
I’m encountering a strange issue when trying to edit keypoints in the annotation tool. The problem is that I can’t create new keypoint annotations — instead, when I click on the canvas, it behaves as if the mouse button is constantly held down, resulting in an area selection (as if I were trying to select something).
This happens in keypoints editing mode , regardless of whether I’m:
- Creating a new class
- Editing an existing one
- Working on different projects
- Working in different workspaces
What I’ve tried:
- Different browsers: Chrome and Firefox
- Different OS: Windows 11 and Linux Mint
- Multiple mice — all working fine in other applications
The issue persists across all of them,.
I’ve attached a screenshot showing the behavior — you can see that clicking results in a selection area instead of placing a keypoint.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas for a workaround or fix?
