# Urgent: Workspace stuck in Sandbox after $588 Annual Payment - Invoice TVODDWCV0015

Hi Roboflow Team, I just paid $588 for the annual plan but my workspace is still stuck on the Sandbox plan. I have emailed support but did not receive a ticket confirmation number. Invoice Number: TVODDWCV0015 Stripe Receipt: 20980429 Workspace URL:[Sign in to Roboflow](https://app.roboflow.com/imas-13do6/projects) I grant Roboflow Support explicit permission to access my account to fix this billing sync issue. Please help me bypass the sandbox restrictions so I can continue working.

Ultimately, the core issue here was a limit on the number of projects alloted in your workspace. I have updated your workspace to the proper limit, please confirm the fix on your end, and I apologize for the confusion here.
