# \[URGENT\] Unable to cancel or progress stuck Auto-labeling job

Hi Roboflow Team,

I am experiencing an issue where an **Auto Labeling** job is stuck on the “Labeling in progress..” screen indefinitely. It has been showing 0/323 images annotated for a long time, and I cannot find a way to cancel the process to return to manual labeling.

I have tried refreshing the browser and clearing the cache, but the batch remains locked in the “Labeling in progress” state.

**Project Type:** Object Detection

**Operating System & Browser:** Windows / Google Chrome

**Project Universe Link or Workspace/Project ID:** botol\_damage\_detection123

**Do you grant Roboflow Support permission to access your Workspace for troubleshooting? (Yes/No):** Yes
