# Uploaded classify model returning same class and confidence for any image

Topic. I’ve deployed a model with custom weights trained on my own device. On the Roboflow visualizer I’m getting the exact same class and confidence predictions for any image I upload.

The model runs as expected if I use the YOLO CLI on the machine that created this model.
