# Unable to upgrade to core plan

_I am currently on a Public plan and am trying to upgrade to the Core plan but am encountering an error when I try to make a payment_

- **Project Type: Basic**
- **Operating System & Browser:MacOS**
- **Project Universe Link or Workspace/Project ID: QP-DATA SCIENCE**
- **Do you grant Roboflow Support permission to access your Workspace for troubleshooting? (Yes/No): Yes**
