# Unable to Export Fully Annotated Dataset After Credits Exhausted (Academic Project)

### **Describe your question/issue here**

Hi Roboflow Team,

I am facing an issue exporting my fully annotated dataset from the Roboflow App.

I have **manually annotated a total of 2024 images** for an **academic attendance system project** (person + face detection). Unfortunately, I ran out of credits before creating a final dataset version that includes all annotated images.

Currently, my existing dataset versions only include **partial subsets** of the data (e.g., 1047 images). Since Roboflow only allows downloading annotations via dataset versions, I am unable to export the complete labeled dataset.

I am **not requesting ongoing support, new features, or premium tooling** —only a **one-time export** of my already annotated dataset for academic use. Re-annotating the entire dataset on another platform would be extremely time-consuming and difficult.

I would really appreciate any help, guidance, or a one-time exception that would allow me to download all labeled images.

Do you have a .edu or university email? If so I would happily add that email onto the workspace and get you on the research plan
