# There is an issue with sign up page, it's not responsive and I can't sign up

Hi, for login troubleshooting steps:

1. Log out, delete your cookies, and Refresh the browser.

- We recommend using the latest version of Chrome as your browser.

1. Turn off any ad blockers.
2. If you’re using a VPN, try turning that off.

If you’re still experiencing issues after taking these steps, please let us know!

Additionally, are you logging in with “work email,” Sign in with Google, or is it Sign in with GitHub?
