# The server was keeping error

No idea why the server was keeping show error…

Hi Worden\_Woo,

I can see you’re getting a server error in what looks like the Roboflow interface. The error message in your screenshot appears to be a generic server error that could have several causes.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue:

**First, try the basics:**

- Refresh your browser page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R for a hard refresh)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies for Roboflow
- Try accessing your project in an incognito/private browsing window
- If you’re using Edge, try switching to Chrome or Firefox temporarily to see if it’s browser-specific

If the above yields no positive outcome could you open the inspect \> console and reproduce the error in the browser and show us the error you get there?

Finally I found the reason, the custom blocks were not available to connect to the server, just tell AI to use another preset blocks instead currently.
