# Text Prompting keeps failing

A few days ago I was using Text Prompting to auto label a waybill, a QR code and a barcode per image and it was working perfectly well. I tried to do the same process again today but it kept failing. I used different accounts and browsers but still nothing. Also, I still have a lot of credits left. Is there a problem on my end?

- **Project Type: Object Detection**
- **Operating System & Browser: Windows; Firefox and Edge**
- **Project Universe Link or Workspace/Project ID:** waybill-barcode-qrcode-objectdetection
- **Do you grant Roboflow Support permission to access your Workspace for troubleshooting? (Yes/No): Yes**
