# Stuck in dowloading dataset

_I stuck in the zipping files step during downloading/exporting my dataset. I tried either web ui and pull it using API which stuck in “Exporting format yolov8 in progress : 0.2%”.  
I really need some help on this._

I have successful downloaded just now after waiting so long. So this may outomatically resolved after some time.

Hi @Peng_Rong_Tan

There was an issue with the pub/sub mechanism whereby additional resource was not automatically being made available. This has been rectified and the backlog of requests is being processed.
