I am writing to report a persistent technical issue with the ‘Find Objects with AI’ feature in my workspace.
For the last 3 days, the tool has been failing constantly, showing a ‘Failed to Find Objects’ error message. The issue is intermittent; it occasionally works for only a few hours and then stops functioning entirely for the rest of the day.
Additionally, I have a major concern regarding my credits. A few days ago, I was charged 26.14 credits for a model training session that was supposedly successful. However, I cannot find the trained model (v1) in my version list, and my current v2 shows as having no model associated with it.
I am currently on a Premium Trial and this is a critical project for my university. I would appreciate it if you could:

Investigate why the Auto-labeling feature is failing intermittently.

Help me recover or locate the model from the training session that consumed my 26.14 credits.
