# Request to Unlock Image Deletion – Storage Limit Exceeded

Hello Roboflow Team,

I am experiencing an issue with image deletion and storage limits in my workspace.

**Workspace Information:**

- **Project Type:** Object Detection

- **Operating System & Browser:** Windows / Google Chrome

- **Workspace Name:** SCHOOL

- **Workspace ID:** school-odftj

- **Do you grant Roboflow Support permission to access your Workspace for troubleshooting?** Yes

I recently deleted several projects to reduce my workspace storage usage. However, images from the deleted projects are still present in the Asset Library.

**Current Workspace Status:**

- Source Images Usage: 15,125 / 10,000

- Total Media in Asset Library: 15,738

- Unassigned Media (`project = false`): 13,894

- Images associated with my remaining project: Approximately 1,844

When I attempt to delete the 13,894 unassigned images, I receive the following error:

“Deleting is temporarily locked for this account after unusual delete activity. Contact Roboflow support to restore it.”

As a result, I cannot remove the unused images or export my remaining dataset.

I have already contacted Roboflow email support, but I was informed that my workspace does not include direct email support.

**Could a Roboflow staff member please help me with the following?**

1. Unlock the media deletion functionality for my workspace.

2. Allow me to delete the 13,894 unassigned images.

3. Ensure that the images and annotations associated with my remaining project are preserved.

4. Update the Source Images usage after deletion so that I can export my dataset.

I have attached screenshots showing the storage usage and deletion error.
