# Refund Request for Auto-Renewal Charge

Hello,

I would like to request a cancellation and refund for my recent automatic subscription renewal.

On July 21, my **Core Plan** was automatically renewed, and I was charged **$99**. However, I do not plan to use the service for the time being, so I would like to cancel this renewal and request a refund.

I have **not used any of the credits** since the renewal, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could process a full refund.
