# Payment Made, but Access Denied – Pay Outstanding Invoices Error

On February 2nd, we made a change in our plans and continued our work accordingly. However, despite making a payment on March 2nd, I am receiving the message: **“Access Denied - Pay Outstanding Invoices.”**

The issue seems to be related to a payment from **September 14, 2024** , but at that time, our account was blocked, and our operations were halted, which is why we had not made a payment. Later, we completed the necessary payments and resumed our work without any issues.

Since your service is provided only after payment is made, such problems should not occur. I would greatly appreciate it if you could resolve this issue as soon as possible.
