Hello there, I would like to know how to proceed with more training since my account has only 3 credits for training? ---

Hi @kklan The 3 credits are the standard for free tier accounts. If your are working on a project for a company, please reach out to [sales@roboflow.com](mailto:sales@roboflow.com) so they may help you choose the right plan for your use case. If you are attempting to train several models for a school project, feel free to dm me and i can provide a link to my Calendly so we can speak about how we can sponsor you and your project. ---

Have you any idea how long [sales@roboflow.com](mailto:sales@roboflow.com) will respond for incoming requests? I have tried to reach them by contact form and email so far I have no response from them. ---

Hi @Francisco_Mateus_Ferreira_Feli - your request for 200 training credits was not approved because it is far beyond the number of credits we can approve for free.
