# Made me pay for core plan 4 times when I don't want it

\*I was buying a core plan subscription for a project of mine, but my payment supposedly “failed” 4 times according to Roboflow. I ended up having a friend of mine buy the subscription, but then I saw my card was charged for $400 (I used the monthly plan). I did not use this subscription at all once I was done with it. When I tried to cancel any further recurring payments, it did not allow me to; stating that I have “outstanding invoices.”

So, when I looked at it, the website said all my invoices are paid. Yet, it won’t allow me in to cancel my plan. You can also see that one thing was paid for 5 times on the same day; however, on the invoice, it states that the 4 times I paid were paid for 4 days after the real date I attempted to buy it.

I have no intention of keeping this subscription and am trying to receive a full refund for this.

May someone kindly help with this!

Hi there @Aaryav_Sinha , I’m sorry you ran into these payment issues. It looks like the first four payments were through ACH which can take a while to process.

I have refunded all purchases (note the ACH ones might take some time to go through).

Your account is no longer blocked, I hope you are able to continue using Roboflow successfully!
